Vertical milling machine operator — Ilesha East

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Ilesha East, Osun State. Requirements: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges The role involves: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters 6+ years on the tools preferred.
