Argon welder wanted in Benton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welder in Benton County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required Ideal candidate: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
