Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Union County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
