Join our team: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Ogu/Bolo Local Government Area, Rivers State. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
