Urgent requirement: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Ben Hill County, Georgia. The job is at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day-to-day duties: • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
