Diesel mechanic — Mitchell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a diesel mechanic in Mitchell County, North Carolina. You will work in a roadside repair garage. On the job you will handle: • Service and replace timing belts and chains • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid • Bleed the brake hydraulic lines and check pad wear • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair • Replace clutch plates and gearbox components • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
