Vacancy available: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Fort Bend County, Texas. On a typical shift you will hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A good head for heights and steady balance • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
