Crawler dozer operator wanted in Richland County

Join our team: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Richland County, Montana. The job is at a busy earthworks site. On a typical shift you will rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse. You should have: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
