Join our team: we are hiring a bike messenger in Wallowa County, Oregon. You will be based at a restaurant running its own delivery. Day to day you will check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point. What we are looking for: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
