Now hiring: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Kanawha County, West Virginia. You will work at an automobile body shop. You should have: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • ITI in welder trade or equivalent The role involves: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
