Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
