Semi-automatic welder — Brunswick County

Now hiring: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Brunswick County, Virginia. The role involves: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
