Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Nobles County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow 5+ years on the tools preferred.
