Immediate opening: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Sherman County, Nebraska. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery.
