Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Wells County, Indiana. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker Part-time with flexible hours.
