Urgent requirement: cement mason (Colorado)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cement mason in Ouray County, Colorado. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. On the job you will handle: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits.
