MIG welder wanted in Jefferson County

Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Jefferson County, Nebraska. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. You will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. Requirements: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
