Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Cochise County, Arizona. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Six days a week, one day off.
