Vacancy available: construction labourer (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a construction labourer in Habersham County, Georgia. Requirements: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day The role involves break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
