Now hiring: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Derbyshire, England. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles On a typical shift you will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. £2,750 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
