The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Rotating shifts.
