Machinist wanted in Gagarawa

Great opportunity: we are hiring a machinist in Gagarawa, Jigawa State. Day to day you will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Six days a week, one day off.
