You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Day to day you will fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator.
