Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages The role involves: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
