Pipe TIG welder wanted in Henry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Henry County, Virginia. You will be based at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Your main tasks: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut Full-time with occasional weekends.
