Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Martin County, Kentucky. You will be based at an automotive components factory. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time, day shift.
