Great opportunity: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Kaduna South, Kaduna State. The job is at a power plant. Day to day you will coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
