We are recruiting: we are hiring a factory worker in Lincoln County, Tennessee. The role involves feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; change over tooling and settings between product runs; read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces; operate and feed production machines on the line; check products against the sample for colour, size and finish. What we are looking for: • Experience on a manufacturing or assembly line • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work Full-time, day shift.
