Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage The role involves: • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings Rotating shifts.
