Membrane applicator — Hampshire County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Hampshire County, Massachusetts. You will be based at a cold storage facility. Your main tasks: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
