Join our team: we are hiring an order picker in Kern County, California. You will work at a third-party logistics (3PL) depot. The role involves: • Operate a counterbalance or reach forklift to move pallets • Segregate returns and process them back into stock • Put away stock into racking locations following FIFO • Assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay • Replenish pick faces from bulk storage Requirements: • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly throughout the shift • Able to stand and walk for long shifts on your feet • Good numeracy for stock counts and order checking Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
