Short order cook wanted in Warren County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Warren County, Indiana. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Meals and transport allowance provided.
