Framing carpenter • Blount County, Tennessee

Great opportunity: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Blount County, Tennessee. On a typical shift you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. Requirements: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
