Abattoir worker wanted in Calaveras County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Calaveras County, California. Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
