In-process quality controller wanted in Waupaca County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Waupaca County, Wisconsin. The job is in an automotive parts factory. The role involves: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
