Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork erector in Gibson County, Indiana. You will be based on a residential tower site. Requirements: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On a typical shift you will assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. $3,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
