Join our team: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Lincoln County, Maine. You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts The role involves: • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
