Vacancy available: civil works labourer (Illinois)

Now hiring: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Effingham County, Illinois. The job is on a road and bridge project. The role involves: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
