Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Spencer County, Indiana. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron On the job you will handle: • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
