Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures 6+ years on the tools preferred.
