Great opportunity: we are hiring a production operative in Dade County, Missouri. You will work in a textile mill. Your main tasks: • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Six days a week, one day off.
