The role involves: • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush What we are looking for: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Part-time with flexible hours.
