Urgent requirement: steam press operator (Ohio)

Now hiring: we are hiring a steam press operator in Clinton County, Ohio. Day to day you will hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
