MIG/MAG welder — Doncaster

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Doncaster, England. You will be based at a busy production line. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • ITI in welder trade or equivalent Day to day you will check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around £1,950 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
