Urgent requirement: we are hiring an auto painter in De Baca County, New Mexico. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners 4+ years on the tools preferred. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
