Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in St. Lawrence County, New York. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
