Scaffolding erector • Stephens County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Stephens County, Texas. You will work at a shipyard. Day-to-day duties: • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner What we are looking for: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Performance bonus on top of base pay.
