Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in Custer County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Custer County, South Dakota. You will work at a shipbuilding yard. On a typical shift you will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. Requirements: • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Performance bonus on top of base pay.
