Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Conway County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $200 per day plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
