Horizontal milling machine operator • Lawrence County, South Dakota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Lawrence County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
